Location: CHRISTCHURCH. Sumner (15 minutes drive) is a suburb of Christchurch. This lovely new home sits on three acres overlooking Sumner village. The village has many fine restaurants and a beautiful beach which is only ten minutes away. Tony is a trout fishing guide, and a keen sailor. Just relax or be apart of the many attractions the city offers. They have three sons at home. A Christchurch air-port pickup is available.
